Clearco Review 2026: Ecommerce Funding, Eligibility, Fees & Capacity Options

Review Clearco’s current ecommerce funding structures, strict revenue threshold, weekly capped payments and the distinction between funding supplier invoices and factoring customer receivables.

Illustrative business financial analysis for the Clearco / Clearbanc review; not company staff or customers

Reviewed October 9, 2026. This U.S. alternative working-capital profile is based on public company disclosures, not a completed application, customer testimonial or legal audit. Let’s Syndicate operates a competing business-funding marketplace. Inclusion is not a market-share ranking, endorsement or claim of a partnership. Advertised terms remain subject to underwriting and change.

Clearco offers non-dilutive working capital for established ecommerce brands. Its current homepage describes funding up to $10 million, estimated payment terms up to twelve months and a focus on direct-to-consumer sellers. The published revenue threshold is substantial: more than $100,000 per month with at least six months of consistent revenue. This is not unrestricted startup financing.

This Clearco review evaluates current public product descriptions rather than assuming older Clearbanc-era pricing remains applicable. We count Clearco and its legacy Clearbanc branding once, not as two funders. The decision centers on the chosen capacity structure, deployment method, payment schedule and the economics of the ecommerce inventory cycle.

Clearco requirements are for an established online seller

The Help Center specifies six or more months of revenue greater than $100,000 monthly from connected ecommerce platforms, U.S. incorporation, a valid U.S. checking account, an EIN and government-issued identification. The homepage similarly targets consistent online DTC revenue. A business exactly at $100,000 should not assume that greater-than wording includes it.

Connecting sales platforms helps forecast funding capacity but does not guarantee approval. Separate refunds, promotions, unusual spikes and nonrecurring transactions from dependable sales. The criteria should not be replaced with a lower threshold from an old review or an unrelated working-capital provider.

The Help Center lists many categories it cannot currently fund, including dropshipping, certain professional services, standalone brick-and-mortar businesses and financial or real-estate businesses. This review is not an exhaustive eligibility catalog. Confirm the exact business model rather than treating all online revenue as qualifying ecommerce.

Wholesale expansion: a public-description tension to resolve

The current homepage and product page explicitly promote helping ecommerce operators expand into wholesale and retail. The Help Center eligibility article, however, lists Wholesale among excluded business types. The reviewed sources do not fully explain that distinction.

An established DTC brand adding a wholesale channel may be different from a wholesale-only company, but that interpretation must be confirmed with Clearco. Do not conclude that every wholesale operator qualifies or that every omnichannel brand is excluded. Describe sales-channel mix and obtain a current eligibility response before planning around funding.

Fixed Funding Capacity versus Rolling Funding Capacity

Clearco describes Fixed Funding Capacity as a set amount suited to a major investment, launch or seasonal vendor commitment, with a clear weekly payment schedule. It describes Rolling Funding Capacity as replenishing as payments are made, intended for recurring supplier needs and ongoing reinvestment.

These are different structures, not separate companies. Ask how capacity is determined, whether availability can change with performance and what charges attach to each use. An advertised replenishment feature is not enough to establish an irrevocably committed bank credit line on unchanged terms.

For a seasonal inventory order, fixed capacity may provide a clearer defined transaction to forecast. For repeated small supplier purchases, rolling availability may be more relevant. Compare actual proposals using the same purchases and dated cash flows rather than assuming one structure is always cheaper.

Invoice Funding is not customer-invoice factoring

Clearco’s Invoice Funding is described around supplier payments: capital used for bills due before retail or customer receipts arrive. Traditional accounts-receivable factoring, by contrast, generally involves selling eligible customer invoices. Similar names should not obscure which side of the working-capital cycle is being financed.

Clearco separately describes Cash Advance as capital deposited directly into the bank account for more flexible business uses. Verify the deployment mechanics, approved expenses, timing and documentation for the selected option. Capacity displayed in a dashboard does not by itself show how much unrestricted cash the business can withdraw.

Clearco pricing, capped weekly payments and early payment

The ecommerce funding page describes estimated terms of four to twelve months, weekly capped payments and fee savings through an early-payment option. The reviewed pages do not establish a universal numeric price schedule for every merchant and capacity type. Request total fees, net cash or supplier benefit, collections and the early-payment calculation.

A cap does not answer every sales-adjustment question. Ask how the cap is set, whether collection can fall below it after lower revenue, how eligibility data is measured and what happens if the estimated term is exceeded. These are contract questions, not evidence that a specific outcome occurs automatically.

Compare the incremental gross margin, not only inventory sales

Suppose a hypothetical $100,000 inventory purchase generates $150,000 in sales. If fulfillment, returns and marketing consume another $30,000, only $20,000 remains before funding cost and overhead. A hypothetical $9,000 funding cost would absorb 45% of that contribution. These are educational assumptions, not Clearco prices or customer outcomes.

Stress-test unsold stock and a delayed launch. An early-payment discount helps only if the business has cash available without harming operations or replacing it with expensive new funding. Obtain a dated settlement quote and compare the savings with the value of retaining liquidity.

Non-dilutive funding and no all-asset liens

Non-dilutive means the described funding does not require selling equity. It does not mean free capital, no collections or no restrictions. Review the complete agreement for security rights, reporting requirements, guarantees or other owner obligations rather than extending the ownership claim beyond its stated scope.

Likewise, no all-asset liens is narrower than no possible claim over any asset. Ask exactly what rights the agreement grants and how it interacts with existing lender covenants. Clearco’s marketing is not a substitute for a legal review of competing security interests or prohibited additional financing.

Application timing, data connections and inventory cash cycles

The Help Center describes notification of application status in as little as one to two business days after sign-up and the first invoice upload. That is not a universal guarantee of cleared money or supplier payment by a particular date. Confirm the timeline for the actual capacity and deployment method.

Read platform-connection and data-consent terms before authorizing access. Clearco says connected revenue history supports forecasting and capacity estimation. Identify which accounts are connected, how changing sales channels affects the assessment and how to contact support if data is incomplete.

Ecommerce growth can lengthen rather than shorten the cash cycle. Production deposits, freight, warehousing and retailer payment terms may require capital long before revenue is received. Forecast all those dates and product-level margins; faster spending without profitable sell-through does not establish sustainable growth.

Clearco alternatives and verdict

Compare Payability when the main constraint is access to marketplace payouts, and Shopify Capital for a distinct U.S. loan structure tied to Shopify sales. Neither comparison implies identical availability, guarantees or fee methods.

You can discuss ecommerce funding needs with Let’s Syndicate. Our verdict: Clearco offers a more specialized toolkit than a general-purpose small-business advance, but its relatively high consistent-revenue threshold and product-specific mechanics matter. Resolve wholesale eligibility, capacity rights and weekly-payment details before committing to an inventory or retail-expansion plan.

Clearco / Clearbanc: frequently asked questions

What revenue does Clearco require?

The reviewed homepage and Help Center describe more than $100,000 monthly revenue for at least six months, with the Help Center referring to connected ecommerce platforms. Confirm treatment of a business near the threshold.

Does Clearco fund startups?

The reviewed criteria require an established revenue history, U.S. incorporation and other documents. They do not advertise unrestricted pre-revenue startup funding.

Are Clearco and Clearbanc counted as separate funders?

No. This series treats current Clearco and its legacy Clearbanc branding as one company profile rather than duplicating a rebrand.

Is Clearco Invoice Funding the same as factoring?

The reviewed product page describes funding supplier payments, not the conventional sale of customer invoices. Confirm deployment and obligations for the actual product.

Can a wholesale business qualify for Clearco?

Current marketing promotes wholesale expansion, while the Help Center lists Wholesale among excluded business types. Ask about your exact DTC and wholesale mix instead of assuming universal eligibility or exclusion.

Does Clearco publish a universal funding fee?

The reviewed pages do not establish one numeric fee for every product and merchant. Request total fees, weekly collections, net benefit and the early-payment formula for your offer.
